Step 1: Getting Started
1) For iPhone users:
Download the Lykke Wallet app from App Store:

2) For Android users:
Download the Lykke Wallet app from Play Store:

3) Click ”Register”

1) Enter your mobile number
Ensure that your country code is correct.
2) Confirm your country of residence
If this is different from where you are residing, double check the country code above. You will receive an SMS containing a verification code after clicking confirm.
3) Enter the verification code
If you did not receive the message, please check the number entered to ensure that it is correct.
Step 4: Setting your PIN number
1) Enter a PIN
This PIN will be used during subsequent log-ins for security purposes and to confirm the various operations within the app such as creating orders, withdrawals and deposits.
Enter a PIN that you can remember.
2) Verify your PIN
Enter the same PIN.
Step 5: Making a backup
1) Generate a private key
Shake your phone to generate a private key for your Lykke Wallet. This private key is unique to your Lykke Wallet and is used to sign transactions to enable trading.
2) Make a backup
Lykke strongly suggests that you make a backup now. This backup is a series of 12 words that enable you to restore your funds in the event that your device is lost or damaged.
If you’d like to do so, you will need to be prepared to write down 12 words in sequence and keep them safely.
In case it’s inconvenient for you now, you can make the backup later in the settings when you are ready.
3) Record the words in sequence
Take your time to record the words and make sure they are in sequence. The words are case sensitive and separated with spaces.
4) Enter the 12 words in sequence
Make sure that you’ve copied the words down correctly by entering them accordingly.
5) Backup complete
If you have entered the words in sequence correctly, your backup is complete and you’re ready to start using Lykke Wallet!
Step 6: Completing your KYC
1) Click on the More tab and select Profile
Prepare either your Passport, ID or Driver License and Proof of Address before starting the KYC procedure.
2) Submit Selfie, Photo of ID and Proof of Address
Make sure that the photos are clear and details visible. Ensure that you’re either wearing glasses or not wearing in both the photo ID and selfie.
3) Wait for review results
We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
